Exercise, Rest, Fresh Air, Sunshine, Trauma Management
I have included these under one heading, not because they are individually less important than the previous headings, but because they are more straightforward and fairly easily understood. Paul Bragg was one of the icons of the wellness industry and covered these subjects very well in his writings.

Exercise covers not just aerobic exercise but weight bearing exercise. This is very important in the building of a healthy immune system. Adequate rest is needed to allow all our systems to recover. Meditation or prayer is essential and should provide the solid spiritual foundation on which healthy physical and mental structures can be built. The need for fresh air is obvious, and sunshine is needed to manufacture Vitamin D in our bodies.

Trauma management is not always given the consideration that it deserves. Our bodies are damaged in various ways as we progress through life and the management of these (often relatively minor) injuries can mean the difference between health and non-health. All too often damaging drugs are prescribed for the alleviation of pain in situations where a visit to a chiropractor or a naturopath could have seen the problem fixed without pain killers.
