Five years ago I was told that I had Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia - a terminal disease with no known cause and no known cure. This explanation wasn't good enough for me, so I began my own research (using books, the Internet and contacts with a number of different types of professionals in the health industry) into various ways of restoring my health and giving my body the best possible chance of remaining disease free.

This site summarises the results of my findings. It deals specifically with those chronic degenerative diseases which beset us in middle and old age.

I am a Civil Engineer with no health industry qualifications, but I have an enquiring mind and an ability to study and critically analyse information presented by others.
